2. Software License & Usage Rights

All CRM extensions and plugins (including modules for vTiger CRM, SuiteCRM, and ERPNext) purchased from CRMPUNCH are licensed on a non-exclusive basis:

• Single Instance License: A standard license authorizes installation on one (1) production CRM instance and associated staging/testing environments for the same domain or organization.
• Proprietary Rights: You may customize the module source code to suit your specific internal CRM workflows. However, sublicensing, reselling, redistributing, or publishing the source code publicly is strictly prohibited.
• Updates & Support: Each module license includes one (1) year of free technical updates and compatibility patches from the purchase date.

3. Custom Consulting & Implementation Services

Custom engineering services—including CRM data migration, custom module development, system integrations, and ERPNext workflows—are governed by written project specifications and milestone approvals. CRMPUNCH commits to delivering robust, production-tested solutions according to agreed project timelines.

4. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the store are in stated currency (USD / INR). Payments are processed securely via verified gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CRMPUNCH or its developers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized CRM database modifications, server outages, or third-party API changes. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific module or service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
